Dark Knight..

It’s horrible just like my first attempt to write a blog to review Dark Knight but i have to wield my fingers to praise and blaze this movie  with fire and  poison to match Christian  Bale’s cryptic and cold performance.

Dark and dull like James Bond by Daniel although Bond is emotional while Dark Knight lacks the Black Spiderman aura  and experience  that Christian must portray to give justice to the title not just a mere fight with the SWAT team to make him evil although they are both explosive and concrete so it’s like you have to combine and connect Spiderman 3 & James Bond if not a Wesley Gibson’s anxiety disorder to justify the scene when Gary axed  the batsignal coz Gotham should hunt him like a criminal. He must be at least responsible to Rachel’s death as Joker’s captive not just a spin-off of a failed rescue operation to coincide with Aaron’s turn as Two Face giving him that tragic insurgence.

Opening in broad daylight by bank-robbing scheme that Joker busted, I wonder why it didn’t  happen at night to parade a drama that bats may love to swirl and stampede although this scene w/o showing the sun reminded me of Daywalkers robbing a bank from Blade movie if the vampires were successful to dispel demise in sunlight….. maybe just a big joke where you might be confused who were robbing the bank  having shown  two-faced goons who shot each other’s back as the culprit.

Heath Ledger was not the typical Joker that Jack Nicholson portrayed in his prime. Look at him..dirty, scary, smelly and gay?? listen carefully, he made Joker the biggest joke of all batman franchise especially when he wore the nurse outfit then walked out after exploding the hospital… the accent resounds as if it goes straight from Brokeback Mountain’s parody(although his voice changed when he was raised upside down as if someone else dubbed that part when he might be already dead in real life) to match Christian’s tight-lip speaking manner as if he wears false teeth if not only gums tantamount to having hare lip and speech defect. I didn’t recall any scene where he animatedly open his mouth to show he actually has teeth like he did in Batman Begins.  He also sounded unmanly having that growling voice as if he choked with a radio device  to alter his voice into that thick-vibrato accent comparable to Inday Garutay’s Ate Lud’s enunciation which to my surprise also emulated by Aaron when he called Gary to say that he kidnapped his family who gave me an impression that Joker drove him crazy not depending on the result of  tossing his coin but his face value..haha since Joker treated him as an ally when he saw his disfigured face yet he tried to kill him twice.

Aaron Eckhart is another joke acting impulsively as if he’s not needed in this story  if he didn’t walk in as Batman to make a lift to his character then let Joker tied him on a chair after the editor cut the scene showing how they been captured, since he just burnt his face to have that Terminator-look to scare the audience by twisting from romantic to robotic  who lost his sanity due to his emotional dilemma  then tried to avenge  Rachel’s untimely death before their engagement which should be solely blamed to Joker and not to Batman or Gordon,  after she cut her connection with Bruce to uphold this "same woman in love with another guy" character that Maggie molded from  Maryjane (Spiderman) wanna-be perspective by her mantis portrayal or a woman who escaped from feminist class with Julia Stiles & Kirsten Dunst while Katie Homes decided to make it like a Britney Spears delivery by her old-woman nasal voice with a baby doll face in Batman Begins..

Morgan is like an alloy and black mole to recap his role in Batman Begins beside his post in Wanted & Evan Almighty…always that guy speaking and walking above the norm to emphasize his character and influence in Hollywood since Michael Caine might be older but it’s not his time anymore since he almost did a Judi Dench character in this movie if it’s James Bond film but I commend his posture  like  a fixture in Wayne Manor.

I think the award will go to Gary Oldman who portrayed the human element of this police department hysteria since we always believe in family even if it’s broken or happy , making this movie dramatic and realistic being part of  incorruptible and amiable sector of Gotham City even they work beneath  corrupt politicians & officials aside from weird separation of Bruce to his love interest except having that goodbye kiss upon giving way to Aaron’s matinee-idol reputation by his Robert Redford’s charisma..

Anyway, I wonder why the explosions seemed  real but the punches didn’t cause any blood. Check when Batman attacked Joker that his brain may explode so he chose to divulge where he hid Rachel & Harvey then why there’s a man standing inside Joker’s cell while thats very dangerous w/o him being handcuffed and tied, if not just giving the chance to maneuver him and get the  bomb detonator from a table or drawer that must be kept in a secured place.

The story lost its focus on Dark Knight due to Gary Oldman & Heath Ledger’s stature in Hollywood so they got the meaty roles that Christian only appears as the main props leaving his role unmarked as the main subject of the movie , maybe with the previous buzz that Jim Caviezel could be either Superman or Batman if he got the right connections..although he did Equilibrium and The Prestige so there’s no sense to make him larger than life like Tobey (who also got speech defect when he’s talking and acting like a retard kid to be honest..haha.. maybe he got the role because it’s a family movie anyway..no one bothered how he actually wasted it) in Spiderman movies but unlike Keanu in Matrix trilogy even he did mute acting with his low and lifeless voice like Ryan Reynolds in The Notebook,  or Daniel’s ugly looks in James Bond & emotional Robert Downey Jr. in Ironman ( i despise  to compare the gay-sounding Ed Norton in The Incredible Hulk) since they can at least act w/o being  tight and retard for  big boys movie..
